Checklist For Leaving

  1. Strip beds of linens. Remake beds with mattress pads, comforters/spreads, pillow shams and pillows

  2. Clean lint trap in dryer after use. Leave washer door open when not in use

  3. Clean out refrigerator of all opened items. May leave unopened items that will not spoil if you don’t want to transport

  4. Run dishwashers, empty if possible so things are returned to proper place

  5. Run disposal

  6. Clean grill

  7. To discourage ants/roaches wipe excess crumbs from kitchen countertops. Housekeeping will do deep cleaning.

  8. Straighten porches to original placement.

  9. Set thermostats to 74º degrees in summer (during off-peak season, set AC to 78º and heat to 60º)

  10. Take all trash to outside receptacles (from bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen).

  11. Be sure to sign out of all streaming accounts on all TV’s
