A letter will be sent about the key to the house once payment in full is received.

Check-Out: 10 AM 

Please leave the house keys on the key keeper where you found them. Please lock all doors as you leave.

Deposit & Payments

A non-refundable 50% per week deposit is required to reserve the following year. An 11% Accommodations tax is added to the rental fee and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you want the house reserved for the following year, it is advisable to send in your deposit upon returning from your vacation. 

Peak & Off-Peak Seasons

SeaSails is available for weekly rentals only during Peak Season (first week in June through second week in August).

Weekly and nightly rentals are available during the Off-Peak Season beginning the third week of August through the last week in May. There is a three night minimum for nightly rentals.

Hurricanes

There will be no refunds given due to evacuation of a storm. Whether you own property, run a business, or rent a unit on the South Carolina coast, the threat of a hurricane is always present and we all assume this risk. There are insurance companies that sell vacation insurance and it is advised to purchase this if you are renting during the hurricane season. Evacuation is required when “Governor Mandated”. 

Cleaning

All weekly rental prices include a final day clean up. You are responsible for daily up-keep of the accommodations. Before departing, wash all dishes; return to cabinets, clean out refrigerators, take all trash to outside trash cans. If you have rented linens, place rented linens on the roadside porch (does not include mattress pads) and leave beds made with mattress pads and spreads. The linens will be picked up. 

Appliances

We cannot guarantee air conditioners or any appliances! No refunds are given for their failure, but we will have them repaired as quickly as possible, once problem is reported. 

PETS

Sorry, but there is a “No Pet” policy at Sea Sails. 

Smoking

There is a strict “No Smoking” policy in the house. Please smoke only on the porches, dock or beach. Throw all butts in trash, no butts in sand please.
